Paul Maiellano – Vice President

VICE PRESIDENT

• Before joining pH Partners, Paul served as an M&A Analyst at Universal Health Services (NYSE: UHS) within the Corporate Development division. In this role, he contributed to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across the Healthcare Services, Behavioral Health, and Health Tech sectors.
• Paul’s financial career began at US Bank (NYSE: USB), where he held the position of Hedge Fund Associate, supporting the FOREX trading desk. He gained extensive experience in the Alternative Medicine industry through his tenure at TerrAscend (OTC: TRSSF), where he helped develop the company’s go-to-market strategy for new market entries and participated in several accretive M&A transactions.
• Prior to his career in finance, Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Weapons Team Leader where he had the privilege to lead his team during deployments to Africa, South Korea, Japan, and Thailand.
• Paul earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Temple University and holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
• Paul resides in Austin, Texas with his German Shepard, Jack.
