Justin Luker is an Associate at pH Partners focused on our digital healthcare, regenerative medicine, and medical device verticals. He advises clients across a wide range of investment banking and strategy advisory scenarios.
Justin has four years of experience advising clients of various sizes across multiple industry verticals, including nutrition and biosciences, medical device, and software development.
With a background spanning M&A advisory, strategy consulting, and business development, Justin brings a well-rounded approach focused on ensuring client success across a diverse range of transaction scenarios.
Justin began his professional career as a Senior Associate and Manager in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Practice, where he advised clients and stakeholders across buy-side M&A, sell-side M&A, and strategy engagements. Justin’s other experiences include Strategy & Business Development Manager (Hewlett Packard Enterprises), Non-Commissioned Officer (USMCR), and Credit Analyst (Carlson Funds Enterprise – University of Minnesota).
