Bill Horne– EIR’s

EIR’s

  • Bill Horne’s desire to cultivate Laser Spine Institute was derived from an extremely personal place — his own experience. Bill suffered from chronic back pain before having his own minimally invasive spine surgery. It was that experience that drove him to want to be a part of Laser Spine Institute. He believed in what the company offered — relief from chronic neck and back pain coupled with a superior patient experience.
  • From 2005 to 2015, Bill served as CEO of Laser Spine Institute, expanding this homegrown organization from one facility with nine employees, to seven state-of-the-art surgery centers with more than 1,000 employees across six states. In his new role as Chairman of the Board, he now leads the strategic direction of the company, which has made it possible for more than 75,000 patients take back their lives from chronic pain.
  • Prior to joining Laser Spine Institute, he worked for Outback Sports for eight years, serving as CEO and Chairman. He founded the Governors Club in 1981. From 1982 to 1997, Bill worked as CEO of Club Operations and Property Management, growing it to the third-largest management company of golf courses and private clubs with more than 1,600 employees. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Florida State University.
  • Although Bill is proud of his professional accomplishments, family remains his first priority. Watching his children flourish into amazing adults is one of his proudest experiences. The ability to watch his grandchildren grow up is also source of a joy for Bill.
